Therapy for adolescents, teens, and college-aged clients
Growing up brings changes in relationships, identity, independence, school, family expectations, and the way you see yourself. Therapy offers a private space to sort through those experiences and build skills for navigating them.
Rachel supports adolescents navigating anxiety, academic pressure, identity development, relational stress, emotional regulation, family conflict, transitions, confidence, boundaries, and patterns of avoidance or self-criticism.
A collaborative approach
Rachel works to create a relationship where young people can feel respected rather than managed. Depending on the client's needs, therapy may incorporate IFS, ACT, relational work, coping strategies, and practical experiments between sessions.
